Southern Yellow Pine is grown primarily in the Southeastern United States.
It is a strong, dense softwood with straight to medium grain, often with high resin content. It is valued for its load-bearing capacity, fastener holding ability, and durability.
Often used for structural framing, beams, joists, decking, flooring, plywood and outdoor applications requiring strength and wear resistance.
