Western Pines

Overview 

Western Pines are native pines of the western U.S. such as Pinus ponderosa (ponderosa pine) or other western pine species.

These species generally offer straight growth, moderate strength, and are used in general construction and millwork.

Often used in framing, general construction lumber, custom millwork, perhaps paneling and joinery in regional markets.
